2014 in review

2014 sucked for almost everyone I know. There were a few bright spots, though. Here's how it went down:

January

-lots of travel: Hilton Head, Savannah, Colorado, NYC, etc.




February

-lots of roommate lovin and generally being a hermit
-Downton Abby
-learned how to tile





 March

-road trip up the California coast
-presented at Freedom Network conference




 



April

-kayaking
-being outside



 


May

-lake side "camping" with LaurStor
-Chicago
-first trip to the North Country. got stranded at a gas station.

-X-Teens baybay shower / mini GSV reunion






July

-2 week visit with my cuz

I was also really pleased that 2014 brought a big increase in the amount of attention and thoughtful dialogue about issues of race and sexual assault in America. Maybe next year this can evolve into action? Maybe?

Anyway, good riddance 2014.
