Reasons people in LA are freakishly calm
-It's really beautiful
-There's so much traffic that you're guarenteed to be late to everything, so why stress about it
-You're constantly surrounded by big nature. The sky, ocean and mountains are omnipresent and huge
-Weed. Lots of weed.
-It's too hot to get worked up about nonsence
-Eastern religions are popular, as are vegans, raw diets, farmers markets, healing crystals, and some other crunchy stuff
-There's so much traffic that you're guarenteed to be late to everything, so why stress about it

the last weeks of August:
-Graduated
-Left Montréal
-Spent a week at Twig's new house
-Attending Gorczy's wedding
-FINALLY saw Lar and Jess again :)
-Drove to DC. My uncle wasn't aware I was moving in til I showed up.
-Got the Polaris Project fellowship
-Leaving for LA tomorrow
-and returning on Tuesday night, just in time to start work on Wednesday!
